All participants and skaters assume all risks and danger of personal injury arising from or related in any way to admission to the Fort Smith Ice Skating Rink including but not limited to the danger of being injured by falling, other spectators, or other ice skaters. The participant agrees that the Fort Smith Ice Skating Rink and its volunteers are expressly released by the participant for claims arising from such causes.

The participant further agrees to abide by the policies of the Fort Smith Ice Skating Rink and the instructions of its volunteers.
